Carolyn Payne - Biography
Carolyn Payne is a retired Education Assistant with the Richmond School District who has 20 years of experience supporting students who have a variety of diverse learning abilities. As an advocate for her profession, during her ten years as president of PEN BC - Paraeducator’s Network of BC, and as a member of the CUPE BC Special Education Task Force, Carolyn has represented paraeducators on numerous committees. She now shares her amassed knowledge at provincial, national and international conferences.
